Mechanisms of carcinogenesis

Dr Pamela Melki, from Lebanon, is a postdoctoral fellow in the Molecular Mechanisms and Biomarkers Group at IARC. She studies mechanisms of carcinogenesis. Data from cellular and molecular biology, toxicology, and genome-wide sequencing are combined to identify novel mutation fingerprints that can inform classification efforts and exposure guidelines.
